Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and rent2ownmyhome.com ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of rent2ownmyhome.com and any related services (the "Site"). By accessing, browsing, or submitting information through the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site.

The Site is a matching service, not the provider

rent2ownmyhome.com is a lead-generation and consumer-matching service. We do not originate loans, issue insurance policies, sell homes, provide financial advice, or supply the products or services advertised on this Site. Third-party Matched Partners ("Partners") are solely responsible for any product or service they offer. Any agreement you enter into with a Partner is between you and that Partner — we are not a party to it and have no liability for Partner conduct.

Information you submit

You represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful, accurate, complete, and your own. You further represent that you have the right to share that information and that by submitting a form you consent to be contacted by rent2ownmyhome.com and by our Matched Partners at the contact details you provided — including by autodialed and pre-recorded telephone calls and by SMS/MMS text messages — as described in our Privacy Policy.

The information you submit is not confidential. We and our Partners may store, use, and share it as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for how Partners subsequently handle your information.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or these Terms
Submit information about anyone other than yourself, or submit false information
Access the Site by any automated means, scrape or harvest content, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it
Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data
Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages or for any fraudulent purpose

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by rent2ownmyhome.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

No warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant the performance or conduct of any Matched Partner.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, {{SITENAME}}, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including damages for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage, arising from or related to your use of the Site, the conduct of any Matched Partner, or any agreement you enter into with a Matched Partner — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rent2ownmyhome.com and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or any information you submit through the Site.

Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for those sites or their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Your interactions with third-party sites are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator — and not any court — will decide all issues regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, and scope of this arbitration agreement.

You and rent2ownmyhome.com waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding. Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court in lieu of arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written opt-out notice to contact@rent2ownmyhome.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire agreement / severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
